O my God, in union with the merits of Jesus, I offer You His Precious Blood through the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the intercession of St. Joseph, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal Church, those in my own home and within my family.
O Lord, I give You my heart. I offer You my life, my work, my joys, my sorrows, my successes, my failures, my time, my present and my future all that I have and all that I am. Make me a true servant, humble and obedient, a willing instrument of Your love and mercy in this world.
I also offer You all those who work with me, those who suffer with me, and those who oppose me, that through the Holy Spirit, we may accomplish Your will in all things.
But most of all, I offer You the hearts of those who do not know You, those who reject You, those who deny You, those who have no love for You. Convert them by Your grace, pour Your Precious Blood upon them, and draw them to Your Sacred Heart. Amen.
