My Lord Jesus Christ,
I believe that you are present in the Blessed Sacrament,
And I adore you with the deepest reverence.
With all my heart, I love you,
And I offer myself to you entirely,
As a testament of my love for you.
O divine Physician, heal my soul,
And forgive me for all my sins,
Both intentional and unintentional.
You know my weaknesses and my struggles,
And I plead that you guide me towards the light,
And lead me on the path of righteousness.
My Lord and my God,
I ask that you strengthen me with your grace,
So that I may live a life of virtue and faith.
Through your intercession and your mercy,
May I grow ever closer to you,
And be reunited with you in heaven for all eternity.
Blessed be your divine presence,
In the Blessed Sacrament,
Now and forevermore. Amen.
