Act of Spiritual Communion #3

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things and desire to receive You into my soul. I cannot receive You at this time sacramentally in the Eucharist, so I ask that You come to me spiritually.

Please come to me in my heart and help me to be closer to You. Though I am not worthy to receive You in the flesh, I pray for the grace to remain united to You. May Your loving presence accompany me throughout my day, and may I always feel Your nearness.

Lord, I desire to be united with You more deeply and intimately. I long to feel Your loving embrace and to be filled with Your grace. At this moment, I cannot receive You physically, so I ask You to come into my heart spiritually.

May Your presence within me fill me with Your peace, hope, and strength. As I embrace You with my whole heart, mind, and soul, may I also express my love for You through my thoughts, words, and deeds. May I never forget Your infinite love for me and may I always seek to be closer to You.

Jesus, my Lord and Savior, I trust in Your abiding presence and love. Even though I cannot receive You in the Eucharist at this moment, I believe that You are with me always. Please come into my heart, renew my spirit, and give me the grace I need to follow You more fully.

Thank You for Your boundless mercy and love, and thank You for the gift of the Eucharist. May my longing for You deepen my faith, inspire my hope, and increase my love for You each day.
